What is a Blog?

The term blog is short for weblog and it is a diary that I can share with you about my day to day life. I will be able to provide you with one too on your own pet sitting web site so that you can offer even more to your clients in the way of personal information about their pets that they can read whilst they are away. Have fun with it too!

Why Itchy and Scratchy?

As you will see, I have called my blog Itchy and Scratchy. Being a vet, this seems to be one of the main conditions we see in pets, but as I am writing this blog at home with my own dog Slick at my feet, she is constantly scratching as she suffers with a house dust mite allergy! She is undergoing costly desensitisation for it but the main way I can help her is to hoover regularly and I'd rather be writing to you!
